Looks like they want to add more length to the CCT by having it circulate around in "Science City". I guess that just takes the "R" out of "BRT" turning it back into a bus line. Here is another gazette article discussing the issue.
I like the ACT approach where they should run "Street cars" in Science City, and then just have the CCT run through the middle of the town. But it appears that the federal funding requires more passengers.
